Recently Debezium core was extended with a feature that allows to user to send signal and also receive notification via a configured channel.
A custom channel implementation can also be provided by the user.
The blog post should explain and demonstrate how to develop your own channel and notification and how to deploy them and configure in a connecotr instance.
