There may be situations where we may want to add hyperlinks to the upstream Debezium documentation as part of a ConfigDef, as suggested in this PR:

We should consider doing this as a separate method on the ConfigDef, allowing the consumer of the ConfigDef to determine whether or not it wants to use the link if one exists or omit it if its not applicable.
