•     2.2 Additional resources link to Configuring Kafka Connect link not working. The link is sourced upstream from the shared partials file con-connector-streams-deployment.adoc (L25)

Errors were due to an incorrect target anchor in one URL, and incorrect attributes used in the other URLs.

• Section 3.6.2 in the Additional resources section, the link to Configuring Kafka Connect fails to resolve. (Fixed by addressing the same issue in Installing on OCP guide).

  Same issue as in Installing on OCP and Getting Started Guide. The issue must be fix in each of the multiple versions of the `proc-using-streams-to-deploy-a debezium-*-connector.adoc`file.
