In Debezium UI on the Transform step, we have some missing configuration fields for a few SMT's.

Ex. for "io.debezium.transforms.ExtractNewRecordState" SMT we are not getting fields for

add.headers.prefix

and

add.fields.prefix

another ex. for "io.debezium.transforms.ByLogicalTableRouter" SMT we don't get the "key.field.name" field in UI
