The Change streams topic in the MongoDB connector documentation is a level-three (===) heading within the 2nd-level Overview topic. Unlike most topic headings, this one has no defined upstream anchor link or downstream Nebel annotations (Type, ModuleID, Title).
This change adds the metadata that is required to support inbound links to the topic.
This change should be backported to 2.1 and 2.2.
