Docker has recently announced that there will be no free tier for organizations. As such we will not be able to use it in future any more. We should foloow these steps
- Make sure all scripts/release pipelines use quay.io as the default option
- Revisit documentation and examples once more to make sure only quay.io images are referred; remove all references to Docker keyword
- Disable publishing to Docker Hub
- Announce the change
