Restore annotations used when splitting the upstream file for use downstream.

The Oracle connector documentation previously included the topic Behavior when things go wrong. DBZ-5816 replaced this topic with the current FAQ section, and removed the annotations associated with the former topic. The absence of the annotations results in structural anomalies when the content is fetched for downstream use.
