Provide demo for Cassandra in Debezium Server

Debezium Server with Cassandra requires a specific configuration if Cassandra server is deployed in container and Debezium Server in another one.
A compose file should be provided that will demonstrate the configuration and CDC of Cassandra changes. The main challenges are

• the same dir must be mapped for data as volume to both containers
• Debezium Server container must explictlly open/export internal packages via DEBEZIUM_OPTS env var
• the IP/hostname of Cassandra Server must be non-local
