Add upstream event's timestamp and server ID to "source" field

    Description

      MySQL binlog events contain the timestamp at which the event originated in the MySQL server and the ID of the server on which it originated. These should be included in the corresponding message envelope's source structure (see DBZ-52). For justification, see this comment in the discussion on DBZ-45.
