WalPositionLocator is a complex class prone to corner cases. A unit test class should be provided that will simulate the messages as they come from decoding plugin.

Ideally mutliple transactions will be captured both for pgoutput and protobuf plugins.

Those transactions will be replayed to the WalPositionLocator and restart from different positions would be simulated.
