Move Debezium Cassandra connector out from incubation

      The web page says:

      This repository contains incubating connector for Apache Cassandra which is in an early stage of its development. You are encouraged to explore this connector and test it, but it is not recommended yet for production usage.

      Is this really true though? I know people who runs this in production. When will this project leave incubation stage?

            broldan@redhat.com Hi, could you please take a look at docs and get rid of incubation notes? We decided to move it out from incubation starting with 2.0 but docs were not updated.

            smiklosovic Could you please doble check if there are any @Incubating annotations in the code? If yes they should be dropped too. Thanks
