Debezium MongoDB connector wizard Filter definition page needs work

1. The description of the filter definition needs an edit:

Current text:
Select collections for change capture by entering comma-separated lists of regular expressions for databases and collections.

Problems - the feature does not apply to just collections and the descriptive text does not mention field filters

Suggested rewrite: "
Specify MongoDB collections, databases, and fields to filter change capture data by entering comma-separated lists of regular expressions."
