Execute IT tests in alphabetical order

To execute IT tests in the same order on each machine, add <runOrder> configuration into failsafe plugin and set it alphabetical. However, this should be a default value for the parameter, so that we can later on override it, e.g. in a test job which would intentionally run the tests in random order to increase the change the some bog will pop up.
