Add "when_needed" option to "snapshot.mode" in MongoDB connector

Currently (according to documentation, although it's not very clear from it what are all the available options are), the snapshot.mode property in MongoDB connector can be initial or never. 

Adding when_needed, as exists in other connectors, would be very helpful.
