The latest Debezium documentation uses anchors when linking to a page. Sometimes these anchors are missing, possibly mis-typed or outdated.

I found them by analyzing the Antora site with the latest version of the IntelliJ AsciiDoc plugin. 

I'll provide a PR to adjust them.
