Augment a uniqueness key filed/value in regex topic naming strategy

Refer the ByLogicalTableRouter to augment a key filed to distinguish the different physical tables that can share a single topic.
Since debezium-api module couldn't dependence on any connect jar, so plan to add a key uniqueness siwtch and field/value methods like keyEnforceFieldName and keyEnforceFieldValue in TopicNamingStrategy interface which invoked by schema build phase.
