Order of source block table names in a rename schema change event is not deterministic

When testing on Oracle RAC with a PDB named PDB rather than ORCLPDB1 as we do locally, the following two tests failed indicating the the order of the values in the source info block's table attribute value order is not deterministic during a table rename event.
