MBean name registrations no longer correct in documentation

As we have begun the work for partitions and multiple tasks as a part of MBean registration, the contents of the two files listed below are outdated:

• modules/all-connectors/ref-connector-monitoring-snapshot-metrics.adoc
• modules/all-connectors/ref-connector-monitoring-streaming-metrics.adoc

Specifically for connectors such as MongoDB (post DBZ-5011) and SQL Server (already changed), the MBean name registration differs and we either need to:

• Pull the MBean naming line up to each connector's adoc
• Add some branching logic to render the MBean name differently per connector

The easiest solution is the former.
