There is a query.fetch.size config option on CommonConnectorConfig.
It got in as a part of DBZ-137. By checking the code it seems to me that it is used in SQL Server only. Is it correct? If yes then it should be moved to SqlServerConnectorConfig.

Or was it originally intended to be used in setFetchSize calls in JdbcConnection and it never happened?
