Remove database.server.id default value handler, no longer auto-generated.

After discussions with Jiri, we agree that the automatic random number default value assignment for database.server.id is problematic, particularly for users who deploy multiple MySQL connectors against the same source database.

So we should first remove the default value, random number assignment on the field, simply leaving the field as required for Debezium 2.0.
