Parsing zero day fails

When zero date is allowed by MySQL server, date column contains zero date and binary protocol with compression is used, field has zero lenght and paring e.g. during incremental snapshot fails. After fix for DBZ-4939 it's only warning, but still this is not correct. See also this comment under DBZ-4939.
