    Description

      The outreach jobs for all connectors failing since 1.9.0.Final release. 

      Error:  Failed to execute goal on project debezium-core: Could not resolve dependencies for project io.debezium:debezium-core:jar:2.0.0-SNAPSHOT: Failed to collect dependencies at io.debezium:debezium-api:jar:2.0.0-SNAPSHOT: Failed to read artifact descriptor for io.debezium:debezium-api:jar:2.0.0-SNAPSHOT: io.debezium:debezium-bom:pom:2.0.0-SNAPSHOT was not found in [https://packages.confluent.io/maven/] during a previous attempt. This failure was cached in the local repository and resolution is not reattempted until the update interval of confluent has elapsed or updates are forced -> [Help 1]
