When committing the source connector offsets, Kafka Connect automatically adds the source connector name to the offset key, so the resulting offsets are already isolated by the connector name.

Additionally isolating them by the logical connector name would be redundant and isn't currently implemented, so the logical connector name stored in the offsets isn't used in any way.
