Support AWS IAM auth when connecting to AWS RDS DBs

Using AWS IAM auth can be very convenient (no need to expose or manually rotate credentials) when accessing AWS RDS DBs (PostgreSQL, MySQL) as detailed in https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/UserGuide/UsingWithRDS.IAMDBAuth.html

Hence, it would be convenient to have it avail as part of Debezium connectors to remove the operational pain from user regarding credentials management/securing
