ORA-00308 raised due to offset SCN not being updated in a low traffic environment

The connector stopped with "ORA-00308: cannot open archived log '+FRA/GLAE/ARCHIVELOG/2022_02_03/thread_1_seq_107991.2463.1095672517'" (full debezium log attached). Strange thing is that error occured on February 7th and connector tried to fing log from February 3d according to path in the error message. Transaction flow was scarce judging by Kafka topics and messages like "flushing 0 outstanding messages" so I believe connector couldn't be so far behind.
