Debezium Deploy Snapshots job is blocked for a long time

Debezium Deploy Snaphsots job is currently set to start 4 times per day at 0,6,12,18 o'clock and takes about 2 hours to finish. This sometimes causes issues when the need to do some jenkins managment arises during the day.
