Updating jenkins job creating image snapshots

Currently our jenkins jobs for creating image snapshots used by jenkins nodes uses ansible playbook with secrets from jcasc gitlab. We need to change it so that all the secrets needed are stored in ansible vault behind a single gitcrypted password. The jenkins job must incorporate this changes.
