The debezium-connector-oracle quite slow

    Description

      I am using debezium-connector-oracle version 1.8.0-Final, combined with Oracle version 12 to capture change events for about 500 tables. However, I found it quite slow. On average it takes about 5 minutes for the message to appear on Kafka. The configuration parameters I am using are all defaults. Is there a way to improve this?
