Check the /lib folder, look for the oracle connector

The Oracle Connector is missing from the debezium/server image.

If you try to add a configuration with the Oracle Connector, you will get ClassNotFound.

Workaround: Create your own image from the debezium/server. Copy the connector jars into the server's lib folder.

Nice-to-have: Readme, similar to debezium/connector, which goes through the setup of oracle connector for the debezium server. (ojdbc jar, etc)
