Use Red Hat Maven repo for custom build image in docs

This is a follow up to DBZ-4354. When the Debezium connectors will be published in Maven Red Hat repo then the Docker file should be modified to utilize the curl and download it as a part of build process.

I.e. the Dockerfile itself can contain the curl invocation, similar to what we do for the upstream container images.
