    Description

      Currently, we met some times for data delay with mysql connector, even behind source for several hours, we checked the connector configuration and kafka connect cpu/memory are normal. Talked with dba, they did some archive work, insert a week ago data to a new table, and delete it from origin table.

      We want to add create/update/delete event seen mertics for monitor upstream dml operation.
