No documentation for snapshot.include.collection.list property for Db2 connector

The Db2 connector documentation omits any mention of the snapshot.include.collection.list property.

Per a discussion with ccranfor@redhat.com, the snapshot.include.collection.list property is common to all relational connectors and is part of the snapshot framework so theoretically it "should just work" with the Db2 connector.

However, before the documentation can include a description of the property an integration test is needed to verify its use with the Db2 connector.
