Add metadata to OracleConnectorConfig for Debezium UI

In order to add the Oracle connector to the UI we need to add the connector metadata (groups, isRequired, etc) to the OracleConnectorConfig class (and maybe related parent classes) and also setup the unit test to check for not having duplicate assignments in groups.
