RelationalChangeRecordEmitter calls "LoggerFactory.getLogger(getClass())" for each instance of the emitter

RelationalChangeRecordEmitter calls "LoggerFactory.getLogger(getClass())" for each instance of the emitter and that shows up at the top of the profiler under load.
Normally the logger should be static final and not created every time.
