Debezium log miner processes get terminated with ORA-04030 error in idle database environment.

Debezium Oracle connector log miner processes will error out with PGA exhaustion when the database is idle with no log switches for long periods. The log mining process will terminate with below error.

ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 836832 bytes (krvxiphd: priv,change vector buffer)

The work around is to manually perform log switches to close the Debezium log mining session which will reset the PGA utilization and thus avoid above situation.
