Remove superfluous build triggers

See discussion in https://github.com/debezium/debezium/pull/2818; looks like most/all jobs are triggered by

• changes to benchmark code (which doesn't impact the connectors)
• changes to the Revapi module, but then Revapi is skipped

Let's remove those triggers.
