Incremental snapshotting of a table can be prematurely terminated after restart

If incrmental snapshot is in progress after restart and table schema is not loaded yet (from streaming) then the snapshot cen be prematurely snapshotted as io.debezium.pipeline.source.snapshot.incremental.AbstractIncrementalSnapshotChangeEventSource.readChunk() requires the schema to be known upfront.
