If incrmental snapshot is in progress after restart and table schema is not loaded yet (from streaming) then the snapshot cen be prematurely snapshotted as io.debezium.pipeline.source.snapshot.incremental.AbstractIncrementalSnapshotChangeEventSource.readChunk() requires the schema to be known upfront.
