After upgrading Debezium from 1.5 to 1.6.1.Final in the Debezium UI maven dependency I had to increase `-Ddebezium.test.records.waittime` from not set (which means a value of 2, which equals 10 seconds) to 14 locally and 20 (meaning 100 seconds) for CI/CD.
