convert timestamp column get different result because of timezone CST

my  database timezone is CST   2021-01-12 00:00:00

2021-01-11t16:00:00z was collected during the snapshot

2021-01-12t06:00:00z was collected during the update

I think it is caused by different collection methods  analyze CST timezone, i get different timestamp  in the converter api
