We still mention a few deprecated options and metrics (mostly caused by the replacement of the term "monitored" with "captured"). At least the options should be un-documented, so to avoid confusion and further proliferation. Re the metrics we might want to leave those in the docs for the time being, as they will be exposed to the user and they might thus wonder what those are.
