Allow specifying of Oracle archive log location

Our Oracle environment has two archive log locations - one on the FRA and a secondary one on another ASM location. The secondary location is what our DBA team has created specifically for us due to the high rate of archive logs we are creating. The secondary location has a higher retention than the primary location, so we would like to be able to use that location as the only location for us to collect archive logs from. Currently it doesn't seem like it is possible to do this within Debezium.

On request of Chris Cranford I have attached the V$LOG, V$LOGFILE, V$ARCHIVE_DEST_STATUS, and V$ARCHIVED_LOG output. In the V$ARCHIVE_DEST_STATUS you can see the location we are interested in, namely the /zs03/dbbackup1/PDIM1/FIH_logdest. We would like to be able to only use this location.
