Support DEC and FIXED type for mysql ddl parser

According to Mysql document, https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/numeric-types.html
keywords DEC and FIXED are synonyms for DECIMAL.

Now, the mysql ddl parser can not recognize these two types.
