Marker message on re-snapshotting

Currently when we restart a Debezium task after a snapshot failed, Debezium will re-snapshot tables. At the consumer's side it is very hard to discriminate between messages belong to previous snapshot or the current one.

I think we can add an option here which Debezium will append a flag/special message to a topic before snapshot happen and consumers can use that for discrimination.
