In Ch. 7.1 of the Debezium User Guide, Metrics for monitoring Debezium connectors, except for the MongoDB connector, the links to the metrics topics for the individual connectors are all broken.

I suspect that the problems result because the link attributes that are used, e.g., {link-mysql-connector} fail to resolve. Possibly because the attribute definitions are in the upstream antora.yml file, but when I first modularized monitoring.adoc, I did not process the upstream file correctly.
