Update Oracle tutorial example

Update the Oracle tutorial. The scripts reference c##xstrm as the user but a recent change to the oracle-vagrant-box scripts changed this to be c##dbzuser for consistency with both XStreams and LogMiner. It might be worth looking at the example and provide a LogMiner derivative too.
