During the review of PR 2163 one reviewer (thanks, davecramercrunchy!) found a minor error in pronoun usage in the PostgreSQL connector documentation (use of "who" to refer to the Debezium database user). Further checking shows further instances of the error.

Change three instances of where who is used in place of that.
