Unify include/exclude list handling for all connectors

    Description

      MySQL connector introduces Filters class that seems to support a combination of both blacklist and whitelist settings. But at the same time validation code blocks user from using both settings together.

      We should

      • decide if we go with a combination of settings or keep the exclusivity
      • unify the filters handling for all connectors
