Kafka Connect extension: Inject correlation id to REST resources

    Description

      Add a Kafka Connect extension for injecting a correlation id to Connect REST resources for global request tracing, and request error and performance logging.
      The injected correlation id should be added to every log entry, maybe by a custom LoggerInterface implementation.

      This can be done as a JAX extension first, but maybe we ca also do a KIP on that.
