Remove blacklist and whitelist from anchor link text in documentation

As part of the conscious language initiative references in the documentation to the terms blacklist and whitelist were removed, but the terminology is still present in the anchor link metadata in the following files:

• cassandra.adoc
• sqlserver.adoc
• postgresql.adoc
• oracle.adoc
• mysql.adoc
• vitess.adoc
• db2.adoc
• mongodb.adoc
