Make Debezium example work with Podman instead of Docker

The example at https://debezium.io/documentation/reference/1.3/tutorial.html work great with `Docker` and its `--link` based network, however, this example does not work if one wants to use `Podman` as the replacement for Docker as the network semantics between Docker and Podman are different between containers instantiated.

It would nice to make the example work with Podman, as in fedora/centos Podman comes pre-installed.
